We will be walking around Central Park to some beautiful locations that many tourists tend to miss. This is a hiking adventure.  There will also be a meditation at the obelisk from Egypt and other upper Manhattan locations and vortexes, and The Cloisters.

This may include attending a kirtan or another kind of event.

All to discover the oldest part of Manhattan with deep insights of development of Manhattan from back to the Ancient Native Americans.
