UNSHAMING OURSELVES

Psalm Isadora a Tantra Teacher who has taught many, has left her body this past weekend. I never knew this woman or her teachings, but I just finished watching a talk she gave on her life how she was stifled, washed with God fearing thoughts from her community, and also sexually abused for years. She talks about body shame and how so many of us are trapped in that. It's very powerful to be able to talk about this in your life to an audience to empower them. She had courage. So today in honor of her courage, I post a photo of a shoot I did last month. I was waiting for the right moment to share this image, but now I am definitely inspired to do so.
